적용 대상: 숙소나루 (stay-mcp) — https://stay.sallim.app/mcp · https://api.naru.build/stay-mcp. 시행일 2026-10-15. 살림(Sallim) 제품군의 다른 서비스는 각 도메인의 /privacy가 적용됩니다.

공공데이터(인허가 원장 4종 · 한국관광공사 TourAPI)로 국내 숙소를 찾는 무인증 공개 읽기전용 MCP 서버입니다. 계정·로그인·결제 수단이 없고, 예약이나 중개를 하지 않습니다.

개인정보처리방침

1. 수집하는 항목과 방법

• 도구 호출 기록: 호출 시각·도구명·호출 인자(지역·날짜 같은 검색 조건)·응답 요약(건수 등)·소요 시간과, 호출자 식별용 해시 12자를 남깁니다. 원문 IP 주소는 저장하지 않습니다 — 서버 전용 salt를 섞은 단방향 해시(sha256 앞 12자)와 내부/외부 판정 결과만 남습니다. 어느 앱에서 온 호출인지 가르기 위해 접속 프로그램 정보(MCP 클라이언트가 스스로 밝힌 이름·버전과 User-Agent 앞 120자)도 함께 남깁니다(2026-09-30부터).
• 연결 기록: MCP 연결을 시작할 때(initialize) 시각·경로·응답 상태와 접속 프로그램 정보(MCP 클라이언트가 스스로 밝힌 이름·버전), 위와 같은 호출자 해시·내부/외부 판정을 남깁니다. User-Agent 원문은 이 기록에 넣지 않습니다.
• 개선 요청: 사용자가 개선 요청(예: '이런 질문에도 답하게 해 달라')을 전해 달라고 한 경우에만, AI 클라이언트가 report_issue 도구로 그 질문을 보냅니다(최대 2,000자, 답변 충족 여부·빠진 항목과 함께). 도구 설명은 사용자가 요청하지 않은 질문을 보내지 말고, 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 빼고 일반형으로 적도록 지시하지만, 문장을 만드는 주체가 모델이므로 개인정보가 섞일 가능성을 배제할 수 없습니다 — 삭제 요청 경로를 아래에 둡니다.
• 결함 신고: 사용자가 제보해 달라고 해 같은 도구로 들어온 오류 신고 내용(문제 서술·틀린 값·기대값, 각 상한 있음)과 직전 호출 5건의 요약을 남기고, 24시간마다 운영자 내부 인박스로 요약이 전달됩니다. 신고에 이메일 등 연락처를 요구하지 않습니다.
• 방문 통계: 사용 안내 페이지(https://stay.sallim.app/docs와 브라우저로 연 루트)에서만 자체 호스팅 분석 도구로 쿠키 없이 익명 통계(페이지 열람, 연결 주소·명령 복사 버튼 클릭)를 셉니다. 개인을 식별하지 않으며 MCP 도구 호출과 연결하지 않습니다.
• 수집하지 않는 것: 쿠키를 사용하지 않고, 이 페이지에는 어떤 분석·추적 스크립트도 없습니다. 회원 정보·결제 수단·전화번호를 받는 경로가 존재하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

결함 진단과 수리, 커버리지·수요 계측(어떤 질문에 답하지 못하는지), 과도한 자동 호출 방지, 서비스 개선.

3. 보유·파기

호출·질문·신고 기록은 위 목적에 필요한 동안 보관하고 목적이 다하면 파기합니다. 원문 IP는 애초에 저장하지 않으므로 파기 대상이 없습니다.

4. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁

개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 다음을 위탁합니다.

• Cloudflare(국외) — 콘텐츠 전송·보안(요청이 이 사업자를 경유하며 접속 기록이 남는다)

5. 이용자 권리

본인 관련 기록의 열람·정정·삭제를 아래 문의처로 요청하실 수 있고 지체 없이 처리합니다. 신고·질문 기록은 도구가 돌려준 issue_id를 함께 적어 주시면 해당 건을 특정해 삭제할 수 있습니다.

이용약관

1. 서비스의 성격

공공데이터 기반 정보 제공 도구입니다. 예약·중개·결제를 하지 않으며, 정보의 정확성·완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 특히 실시간 재고는 확인되지 않으면 unknown으로 표시하며, 그것을 '만실'이나 '예약 가능'으로 단정하지 않습니다. 이용 판단과 그 결과는 이용자 책임입니다.

2. 요금

무료로 제공되며 유료 등급·과금 경로가 없습니다. 대가를 받지 않으므로 이용 가능 시간을 약정하지 않습니다.

3. 금지 행위

서비스 안정성을 해치는 과도한 자동 호출(신고 창구에는 시간당 상한이 걸려 있습니다), 원천 공공데이터의 이용조건을 위반하는 사용, 신고 창구를 통한 스팸·무관한 내용 전송.

4. 책임 한계

있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 데이터가 덮지 못하는 범위(미등록·무허가 숙소, 플랫폼 전용 매물, 실시간 재고)는 숨기지 않고 응답의 meta.missing_axes로 함께 밝히며, 그 범위 밖의 결과에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

5. 약관의 변경

변경 시 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Privacy policy

• Tool call logs: timestamp, tool name, call arguments (search conditions such as region and dates), a summary of the response, latency, and a 12-character one-way hash identifying the caller. Raw IP addresses are never stored — only a salted SHA-256 prefix and an internal/external classification. To tell which app a call came from, the client software is also recorded (the name and version your MCP client declares, and the first 120 characters of its User-Agent) — since 2026-09-30.
• Connection logs: when an MCP client connects (initialize), the timestamp, path, response status and the client software it declares (name and version), plus the same caller hash and internal/external classification. The User-Agent is not stored here.
• Improvement requests: only when the user asks for an improvement request to be passed on (e.g. 'please make it answer questions like this'), an AI client sends that question via the report_issue tool (up to 2,000 characters), together with whether it could be answered. The tool tells clients not to send questions the user did not ask to send and to strip personally identifying details, but the text is written by the model, so personal data cannot be ruled out — see the deletion path below.
• Issue reports: the reported problem, the wrong and expected values, and a summary of the five preceding calls; a digest goes to the operator's internal inbox every 24 hours. No contact details are requested.
• Visit statistics: only on the usage guide page (https://stay.sallim.app/docs and the root opened in a browser), a self-hosted analytics tool counts anonymous page views and clicks on the copy-address/command buttons without cookies. It does not identify individuals and is not linked to MCP tool calls.
• No cookies, no analytics or tracking scripts on this policy page, no accounts and no payment details — those paths do not exist in this service.
• Sharing: we do not sell or share personal data. Cloudflare (outside Korea) acts as a processor for content delivery and security.
• Your rights: you may request access, correction or deletion at the contact address below; quote the issue_id returned by the tool to identify a specific report.

Terms of service

• What this is: an information tool built on Korean public data, exposed as an MCP server. It does not take bookings, act as an intermediary, or process payments, and it does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Real-time availability is reported as unknown when it cannot be verified — never asserted as sold out or bookable.
• Price: free, with no paid tier and no billing path. Because no fee is charged, no uptime is promised.
• Prohibited use: automated calls heavy enough to harm service stability, use that violates the terms of the underlying public data sources, and spam through the reporting tool.
• Liability: provided as is. Coverage gaps (unregistered or unlicensed lodging, platform-only inventory, real-time availability) are disclosed in every response under meta.missing_axes rather than hidden, and we accept no liability for results outside that coverage.
• Changes: any change is published on this page with a new effective date.
